Once you have advertised your off-plan apartment for at least 3 months, and have not been happy with the offers received we will go one step further. Summertime Properties has an expansive, private database of concerted investors, as well as a nationwide network of property brokers. We will dedicate an experienced sales consultant to actively market your property to secure your sale. And only upon exchange will we charge you a flat fee of £1000, irrespective of your sale price or property value.
